Soccer Camp and Children Ministry Volunteers,
Thank you so much for volunteering to serve at Soccer Camp this summer and in our children's ministry! We are grateful for the opportunity God has given us to host a soccer camp, for the volunteers who make it possible, and for the privilege of sharing God's Word with the children who attend.
As we prepare for the summer, please note the following important information regarding our volunteer training and orientation on Wednesday, June 24:
1. Plan to Protect Training (Mandatory)
7:00–8:15 PM
All volunteers are required to attend this training. If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so that alternative arrangements can be discussed.
2. Soccer Camp Overview
8:15–8:45 PM
Following the training, Sue and Ethan will provide an overview of the camp. They will explain how the week will run, what to expect, and how you can best prepare to serve.
Further notes:
- If you are not involved in the soccer camp, you can leave after the Plan to Protect training.
- If this is your first time volunteering, you will have to fill out the attached application form. (you can email that to robert@faithoakville.ca)
