After you RSVP, here's how/where you can complete the pre-screening questionnaire online or download a PDF copy and fill out on Sunday morning just before coming to the Church. (You will be asked whether you have pre-screened, by a member of our Welcome & Care Team before you enter the building.)

Screening must be done Sunday morning just prior to coming to church, not earlier!

No need to bring/forward a copy of your results - they are for you. 
 
If you forget to pre-screen Sunday morning then we will pre-screen you at the door.
