D.R. Congo: New Beginnings
March 23, 2017
OUR EASTER SPECIAL OFFERING THIS YEAR IS IN SUPPORT OF "NEW BEGINNINGS"
FELLOWSHIP AID AND INTERNATIONAL RELIEF provides the following: "For those living in the Democratice Republic of the Congo, living in the midst of war and tribal fighting has become a way of life over the past two decades. Every level of society and all aspects of life have been impacted buy the conflict. Those most deeply affected are women and girls who have been abused. Sexual violence is used as a weapon of war to control, humiliate and intimidate millions of women. An ineffective justice system and social factors have made it impossible for these victims to receive the justice and assistance they need to help them move on with thei lives. Many are forced from their homes by shame and humiliation and wind up in cities like the provincial capital, Goma, in search of a better life." PRAY FOR FAIR'S MISSIONARIES.
Mark your envelopes "Special Offering" throughout April.
